Instructions:

For chicken legs with thyme, carefully pierce between skin and meat with a knife and pull through 2 stems each of fresh thyme so that the stems stick out at both ends.

Season with chicken seasoning and sauté briefly in a pan in hot butter, cover pan and steam until tender. Garnish the chicken legs with thyme with thyme stems tossed briefly in butter.
