For the chicken liver skewers, peel onion and blanch for 3-4 minutes. Clean liver and kidneys and dice to fit skewers. Cut bacon.

Skewer all ingredients alternately and season. Fry chicken liver skewers in a pan in butter and oil for about 10 minutes all around.
