Instructions:

For the chicken sauce, remove the chicken from the bones, shred in the food processor and fry in a little fat.

Add the cleaned mushrooms, also chopped in the food processor, and fry together.

Season with a little soy sauce, fold in Philadelphia and stir to make a creamy sauce.

Serve with any pasta and sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.
