For the chicken wings with fiery barbecue sauce, first halve the bell bell pepper, remove the seeds, clean and cut into small cubes. Cut the chili pepper into fine rolls. Peel garlic and onion and cut into fine cubes. Mix tomato puree with tomato ketchup and a tiny bit of honey, add onion, garlic, bell pepper, chili and season with salt and bell pepper.

Fry chicken wings in hot oil all around, season with salt and pepper. Place rosemary sprigs in between for flavoring. Brush chicken wings with a little honey and roast in oven at 170 to 180 °C for 15 minutes. Bake pretzels until crispy.

Arrange chicken wings on plates, spread sauce loosely over them evenly, garnish with rosemary sprig. Add pretzels to chicken wings with fiery barbecue sauce.
