For the chicken wings with Parmesan yogurt dip, mix the yogurt with sour cream or crème fraîche, grated Parmesan cheese and crushed garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cut the chives into fine rolls and mix in. Clean the celery stalks, pull out the threads and cut into 6-8 cm long pieces.

Mix the egg with paprika powder, salt and pepper, rub the chicken wings with it and then turn them in flour.

Heat the oil in a deep fryer or a high slender saucepan to 180 °C. Lightly pat the chicken wings and then fry them in batches for 6-8 minutes each in the hot oil.

Bring the chicken wings to the table with Parmesan yogurt dip and celery sticks.
