Instructions:

For the chicken wings with sesame rice, first mix a marinade from the given ingredients and put the chicken wings in it. It is best to let them marinate.

Roast the chicken wings in the middle of the oven heated to 200 °C for about 35 minutes. Halfway through the roasting time, turn them to the other side.

For the rice, heat the sesame oil. Add rice and stir-fry until tender and translucent. Add water all at once, bring to a boil, reduce temperature, season with salt. Cover and let rice gently simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes until all liquid is reduced. Add sesame seeds, pineapple and cilantro.

Serve chicken wings with sesame rice.
