Carve the chicken into eight pieces and shape into a Reindl. Place the pearl onions briefly in hot water to help remove the skins. Remove them with a slotted spoon. Press on the outer skin of the onions to remove the skin, then add to the chicken in the dish.

Melt the paradeis pulp in a little water and add it. Remove the peel from the tomatoes and add them to the Reindl together with the cayenne pepper, bay leaf spice, cinnamon, pepper, vinegar and oil. Cover with a lid and place in the oven at medium heat for about 45 minutes. During the cooking time, do not remove the lid. Now maybe season with salt and pepper.
