For the chicken with vegetables in balsamic broth cut the shallot into large wedges, tomatoes cut in half meat into strips Heat oil in a deep pan and brown the meat.
After about 4 minutes add shallots. Season with honey, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and deglaze with vinegar.
Then bring to a boil again and simmer for another minute. While the meat is simmering, cook the vegetables.
