Cut chicken meat into narrow strips. Mix the juice of one lemon with the oil and spices and fold into the meat. Remove the skin from the garlic and finely dice. Clean the spring onions, rinse and chop into rings. Rinse tomatoes, cut out stalk and dice tomatoes. Add the greens to the chicken and let it marinate for one night.

Then place in a heated oven in a deep baking tray and cook at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cool down.

Rinse the bell pepper and lettuce. Cut bell pepper into very fine cubes, iceberg lettuce into tender strips. Gently split pita into two leaves. Spread lettuce, bell bell pepper and chicken ragout including liquid evenly on pita, roll up tightly and keep wrapped in greaseproof paper until chilled to eat.
