For the chili breadsticks, knead a yeast dough from the flour with the dry yeast, molasses, water and a teaspoon of chili salt. Cover the dough and let it rest until it rises nicely.

Knead the dough again and roll it out. Spread the finely chopped rosemary on it and form a roll. Cut the roll into pieces and twist them into sticks.

Spread oil on a baking tray and place the sticks on it, also spread a little oil on it and sprinkle with the remaining chili salt. Let stand and preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until crispy.
