Instructions:

Cook cauliflower in boiling water for 4 minutes until al dente. Drain in a colander, rinse when cool and drain.

Heat coconut oil in a wide frying pan or wok over medium heat. Briefly sauté garlic, ginger, onion and chili in it until soft. Add turmeric and crushed shrimp paste and sauté briefly. Add cauliflower and leek and sauté for 2 minutes.

Mix water and both soy sauces, pour into the vegetable pan and simmer on low heat for 2 min.

Add tomatoes and heat briefly.

Serve garnished with the leek curls.

Meat and grilled fish, then halve the quantities.
