For the chili meatloaf on lettuce, clean the bell bell pepper and cut into strips. Quarter the tomatoes, wash the lettuce and tear it into pieces. Arrange lettuce, tomatoes and peppers on 2 plates, top with cheese cubes, marinate with vinegar, salt, pepper and sweetener.

Cut the meatloaf into strips and fry in a pan with olive oil and then place on top of the salad, drizzle with pumpkin seed oil and serve the chili meatloaf on salad.
