Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Make 1 cup long grain rice in 2 cups beef broth for 20 minutes and cool.

Soak mushrooms in warm water for half an hour, squeeze, cut into strips and set aside.

Break eggs, fry in a frying pan with a little oil until a thin omelet is light, cool, cut into thin, short strips and put aside as well. Cut the poultry breast in the same way into tender strips, season with pepper, season with salt and fry quickly and hot all around in the well heated oil.

After 3 min add the spring onions and roast everything together for another 3 min.

Turn off the stove. Stir in the mushrooms, omelette strips and all the other ingredients, seasoning with spices. Leave the lid on for another 5 minutes and serve hot from the frying pan.

Serving : Chinese mixed salad, sweet – sour Drink : Rose, yasmine tea or possibly plum wine
