Try this delicious pasta dish:

Make pasta al dente

Skin tomatoes (i.e. score crosswise at the top, immerse briefly – about 15s – in boiling water, rinse with cold water and remove the skin), core and chop into small cubes.

Chop the dried tomatoes, finely dice the ginger and garlic, cut the spring onions into fine rings, halve the chili peppers lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into (half) rings, remove the seeds from the dried chili peppers and crumble them (1), crush the soybeans. Heat the oil in a wok (or otherwise a saucepan) and quickly roast all that has just been cut and mashed, mixing vigorously. Stir in paradeis pulp and bring to a boil with clear soup.

Chop the chives and basil.

Mix tomatoes, steamed vegetables and culinary herbs with warm noodles, season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for one night.

Garnish with shredded cilantro and *meal*.
