Cut meat into thin slices, rub with salt, pepper and Chinese seasoning. Drizzle soy sauce over it and let the meat sit for 15 min. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the meat.

Cut onion into rings, clean carrots and cut into slices. Clean mushrooms, rinse and cut into slices.

Rinse and clean the spring onions and cut them into fine rings, cut the washed and skinned tomatoes into slices. Add the chopped vegetables to the meat.

Cook in a covered frying pan at low temperature for 20 minutes. Mix with long grain rice in a heated baking dish.

Serve with: tomato salad.
