A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Clean, rinse and chop vegetables. Chop peeled onions and garlic.

Heat frying pan or wok, heat oil in it. Sauté onions and garlic briefly in it. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp.

Mix soy sauce, wine and corn starch, thicken vegetables with it and cook for 2-3 minutes. Season the vegetables with the remaining ingredients. Glass noodles are delicious as a side dish.
