Instructions:

For the chocolate ball cake, beat the butter with the sugar and beat the egg yolks into the butter and sugar mixture. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until very stiff.

Gently fold in the yolk mixture, the flour mixed with baking powder and the beaten egg whites. Pour this mixture into a greased cake pan and bake for about 50 minutes at 180 degrees.

While the cake is baking, prepare the cream. Bring the whipped cream to the boil and crumble the chocolate into it. Cook until the chocolate is melted.

Put the cream in the refrigerator. Let the cake get cold and cut it crosswise once or twice for filling.

Whip the cold cream with a hand mixer and spread it in the cake and spread cream all around the cake. Then cover the chocolate ball cake densely with chocolate balls.
