Instructions:

For the chocolate cake, separate the eggs. Melt the chocolate. Beat egg whites with granulated sugar. Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks until fluffy.

Stir melted chocolate into butter mixture. Mix baking powder and flour and fold into batter. Fold the snow into the dough.

Bake in a cake pan at approx. 170 °C for approx. 50 minutes. Turn out and sprinkle the chocolate cake with powdered sugar.
