Instructions:

For the chocolate coconut cake, first prepare the cream. To do this, bring the whipped cream to the boil, stir in both types of chocolate, the coconut flakes as well. Chill this mixture.

For the cake, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with granulated sugar until the sugar has dissolved and the egg whites are stiff. Mix flour with baking powder and coconut flakes, stir in grated cooking chocolate, as well as nuts.

Beat egg yolks with oil, then mix everything together, rather folding, not stirring! Pour this mixture into a silicone loaf pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Test with a stick!

When the cake has cooled, whip the cream – it must be quite cold – with a mixer. Then cut the cake in half, fill and spread.
