add a tiny bit of Cointreau and arrange in a bowl with a piping bag. Cut the bananas into diagonal slices and sauté in brown sugar, honey and lemon and drape around the edge of the bowl. Garnish with a few sugar pearls.
Melt some of the sugar pearls in a saucepan, add a little honey, butter, sugar and cocoa form and nape over the dessert.
Tip: Do you prefer milk chocolate or dark chocolate? Depending on the case, use what you like better.
