A great cake recipe for any occasion:

For the crumble: mix flour, sugar and cinnamon. Add butter, grind by hand until finely crumbly.crumble put to cool for an hour.

Crush the butter cookies (e.g. Petit Beurre) in a plastic bag with a rolling pin. Put the crumbs in a large enough bowl. Butter the edge of the mold, line the bottom of the mold with parchment paper.

Mix the liquid butter with the Gütsli crumbs. Pour the mixture into the prepared mold and flatten with the back of a spoon. Stir all the ingredients of the topping with a spoon. Pour onto the gütsli base. Mix chocolate, white, chopped with the crumbs, sprinkle over the curd mixture. Bake cake in the lower half of the oven heated to 180 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in the mold, then put to cool with the lid closed for at least 12 hours, garnish just before serving.
