For the chocolate cubes, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and stir with butter and sugar until fluffy.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Separate the eggs. Gradually stir in the yolks, then the flour.

Beat egg whites and salt until firm and fold in carefully. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes.

After cooling, cover the chocolate cake with sifted powdered sugar and cut evenly into chocolate cubes.
