For the chocolate tartlet, first slowly melt the couverture with the butter while stirring.

Beat eggs with granulated sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add the couverture mixture to the eggs and mix. Gradually sift the flour into the chocolate mixture and fold in. Pour the mixture into a small (20 cm diameter) greased and floured pan and bake at about 180° for 15 to 20 min.

After cooling, cover the chocolate tartlet with chocolate glaze.
