Instructions:

For the chocolate cupcakes with strawberry frosting, first prepare the batter. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.

Beat the egg yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar and butter until creamy. Melt the chocolate and stir it in as well. Stir in the flour, baking powder and fold in the beaten egg whites.

Then pour the batter into the muffin cups and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

For the frosting, cream the butter, stir in the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Finally, add the pureed strawberries and chill in the refrigerator after mixing thoroughly.

Let the finished cupcakes cool and spread the frosting on them with a piping bag or similar.

Decorate with brittle and strawberries. Serve the chocolate cupcakes with strawberry frosting.
