For the chocolate marshmallow cake, first beat the eggs and cold water for the base until creamy. Gradually add the sugar. Beat until thick and fluffy. Combine flour, baking powder and cornstarch and sift into the mixture. Stir in the lemon zest.

Pour the mousse into a fruit cake pan (260 mm), smooth it out and bake in a heated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Remove the base from the pan and allow to cool.

To prepare the filling, mix curd cheese with lemon juice. Remove the mousse from the chocolate kisses and stir into the lemon curd. Set aside the wafer bottoms to decorate.

Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the curd mixture. Now spread the cream evenly on the cake base and allow to cool well.

Decorate the chocolate marshmallow cake with the wafer bases!
