Preheat oven to 200 °C.
Mix dry ingredients. Whisk together eggs and milk. Slowly add egg-milk mixture to dry mixture and whisk well.
If you want to make the recipe with real chocolate: fold in the chocolate melted in a water bath at the end (stir only with a spoon, not with a mixer).
Divide the batter among the ramekins and bake for 20 minutes. A muffin baking tray is recommended as the batter is fairly runny.
