Instructions:

Melt the butter with the chocolate in a bain-marie and allow to cool slightly.

Separate eggs, beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy, add the nuts. Slowly pour in the chocolate and continue to stir.

Mix flour with baking powder, sift over the chocolate mixture and finally fold in the snow.

Pour the batter into muffin tins, sprinkle with sprinkles and bake the muffins at 160 °C for about 20 minutes.
