For the chocolate pudding, coarsely chop the chocolate. Separate the eggs and beat the yolks with 50 g sugar until creamy.

Stir 100 ml milk with cornflour until lump-free. Heat the remaining milk and slowly melt the chocolate in it.

Stir in the cornflour and continue to stir until the mixture thickens. Now remove the pudding from the heat, let it cool a bit and then stir in the yolk mixture.

Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until not too stiff and stir into the pudding.

Pour the chocolate pudding into ramekins and refrigerate until completely cold.
