For the chocolate rolls, mix the liquid butter with sugar until smooth, mix flour with baking powder, add cocoa powder and cardamom and knead everything together.

Form about 30 small balls and roll in powdered sugar, refrigerate for an hour.

Then divide the chocolate balls between two baking sheets and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. Replace the trays halfway through the baking time.
