Prepared tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic with almond kernels, raisins, tortilla broken into pieces, crushed spice and half of the chicken broth in a hand blender and then lightly bubble the paste in the heated lard while stirring for about 3-5 min. gradually stir in the remaining clear soup and chocolate until the sauce becomes creamy. If the clear soup is too thick, you can thin it with a tiny bit of water. Serve the sauce with poultry and tortillas.

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result will taste!
