Grate the chocolate, pour it into the boiling cow’s milk and let it boil on the stove, stirring continuously until fork-tender. You can also add a piece of vanilla, season the meat broth with sugar and salt, drain it with egg yolks and arrange it over toasted slices of white bread. From the white of the eggs you can whip egg whites and put dumplings of them with a spoon on the meat broth.

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result will taste!
