For the chocolate strawberry tart, beat the egg whites and 100 g sugar until stiff. Fold in the egg yolks and mix the flour with the pudding powder and baking powder and fold in carefully.

Pour the batter into a pan with a diameter of about 20 cm and bake at 175 °C for 40 minutes. Wash the strawberries, remove the green and cut into small pieces.

Soak the gelatine according to the instructions on the packet. Mix the remaining sugar with the yogurt, mascarpone and lemon juice. Squeeze the gelatin and dissolve it in a little liquid.

Stir the liquid gelatin into some of the yogurt cream and then fold it all into the yogurt cream. Set aside 1/3 of the cream and stir the strawberries into the remaining 2/3 of the cream.

Cut the cooled cake base in two horizontally. Place one cake layer on the cake plate and put a cake ring around it. Spread half of the strawberry cream on the cake base, place the second base on top and spread the second half of the cream on top.

Place the third cake layer on top and spread the yogurt cream without strawberries evenly on the surface and let it set in the refrigerator.

Dip the whole strawberries in the melted chocolate, place on a baking paper and let the chocolate set. Draw fine lines over the strawberries with some melted white chocolate and let it set again. Once everything is set, place the strawberries on top of the cake.
