Instructions:

Knead all ingredients into a dough and chill it for one hour.

Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin and cut out bears with a cookie cutter.

Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper, cover each with an almond and wrap the little arms around them.

Bake the Christmas bears in a preheated oven at 160 °C top/bottom heat.
