Sift flour, oatmeal and baking powder on the tabletop. Make a well in the center, add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, spices, baking flavoring, rum and eggs and knead a part of the flour mixture into a thick paste… on top of it add the cold currants cut into pieces, butter, curd, raisins, almond kernels and succade form. Knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough. Shape into a stollen and place on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment. Bake on the second rack in the heated oven. Then brush on the spot with the softened butter, dust with powdered sugar and place on a cooling rack to cool.

Top/bottom heat: 175 degrees , convection oven: 160 degrees , baking time approx. 50 min.
