Beat the eggs, egg yolks and sugar until very creamy (preferably with a hand mixer), add the cinnamon and fold in the whipped cream. Wash out a loaf pan (or Dariol molds) with water, cover with plastic wrap, pour in the cinnamon mixture and freeze in the freezer for at least 12 hours.
