Cut potatoes and zucchinis into slices about 2 mm thin, arrange alternately zucchinis and potatoes in a gratin dish in a fan shape. Sprinkle with clear beef broth and add the sweet whipped cream. Top with the mozarella cheese cut into 5 mm thick slices. Cook in the oven at 200 C for about 50 minutes. Goes well with short roast meat.
