Instructions:

1. coarsely grind the oats and soak in water for 1 hour.

2. peel the citrus fruits with a sharp kitchen knife, removing also the inner fine skin. Remove the flesh between the separating skins as fillets. Keep a few pieces for garnish, chop the rest.

3. select a few nut kernels for the garnish, coarsely chop the rest.

4. mix the oats with orange juice and juice of one lemon, season with honey and fold in the chopped fruit and nuts.

5. garnish the muesli with citrus fillets and nut kernels.
