Instructions:

Wash the strawberries, remove the green and cut the strawberries into small pieces. Bring strawberries to a boil with preserving sugar and lemon juice.

Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes until strawberries are soft and disintegrate. Bring to a bubbling boil for about 7 minutes.

Make a jelly test.

Pour the strawberry jam into hot rinsed jars, put alcohol on the lid, light it and close the jars tightly.
