Instructions:

For the stuffed cucumbers, first prepare the filling. Soak the bread in a little water, let it soak for a while and then squeeze it well and mix it with the minced meat.

Peel and chop the onion and garlic and add to the mince. Season with oregano, thyme and basil and season with salt and pepper. Let stand for a short time.

For the sauce, chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a little oil, add the passata and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the sliced cucumbers lengthwise on one side and take out the core, fill with the meat mixture and place in an ovenproof dish.

Spread the tomato sauce on top and cook in the oven at about 170 °C for about 35 minutes.
