(*) see recipe in the archive Divide the risen pizza dough into 4 portions and roll out into 4 thin patties.

Rinse the tomatoes, peel them with a peeler, cut them into quarters and remove the seeds.

Cut the drained mozzarella cheese into slices.

Top each pizza with a quarter of the tomatoes, season with salt and drizzle each with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Bake in a heated oven at 230 °C , convection oven 210 °C , gas mark 5- 6 for about 15 minutes.

Top each pizza with a quarter of the mozzarella slices and bake for another 5 minutes.

If you want it to go faster, use the ready-made dough “Nestle pizza dough”.

This pizza can also be topped with mushrooms, ham, salami, frutti di mare, artichokes, bell pepper strips, olives and peppers.
