A great cake recipe for any occasion:
For the all-in batter, mix all ingredients in 2 min. until smooth. Place a baking rim (20 x 20 cm) on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, pour in the batter and smooth it out. Bake at 175 °C (convection oven: 160 °C) for 25-30 minutes. Remove the baking rim and paper, put the cake on a cake rack, prepare the glaze on the spot. For the icing, bring the butter, cola and cocoa to the boil, boil briefly, remove the pan from the heat. Fold in the powdered sugar. Spread the hot icing on the cake while it is still warm and sprinkle with the chopped nuts.
