For the cocoa cake with stevia, first grease a baking dish (springform pan, cake pan or loaf pan) or line it with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 220 °C.

Sift the flour with the baking powder.

Beat the butter until creamy. Stir in the cocoa powder, agave syrup and stevia. Add the eggs one by one. Then beat in the whipped cream, followed by the flour mixture.

Pour into the baking pan and bake the cocoa cake with stevia on the lowest rack for 10 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 180 °C and finish baking for half an hour.
