For the cocoa-cocoa strudel, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the strudel sheets, take them apart, brush the bottom sheet with the oil and place the other sheet back on top.

Mix the curd cheese with the egg, cocoa powder and sweetener until smooth. Spread the mixture on the strudel sheet, fold in the ends and form a strudel.

Put the cocoa-curd strudel in the oven and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
