Beat the egg whites until stiff. It must be so tight that a knife cut remains visible. Underneath, gradually beat in the sugar, cinnamon and baking oil. Carefully fold the coconut macaroons into the snow (do not stir) and place the dough with 2 teaspoons in small heaps on a greased baking tray (or on parchment paper or baking sheets).
