For the coconut truffles, heat whipping cream in a saucepan, stir in chocolate and melt. Stir in powdered sugar and coconut flakes.

Allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator. This will take several hours. Then mix the mass properly with a mixer, form balls and roll the coconut truffles in coconut flakes.
