Instructions:

Clean and acidify the fish. Rub with salt and pepper. Rinse the leek thoroughly and cut into fine rings. Peel the carrot and the parsley root and cut them into small cubes. Mix with oil (1).

Close a large piece of roasting foil from one side with string. Fill in the vegetables.

Dust the fish with paprika and sprinkle with parsley. Place on top of the vegetables and drizzle with oil (2) and the white wine.

Close the other side of the roasting bag as well. Prick the top a few times with a fork.
