Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Boil water in a saucepan. Coffee grounds in a pot form, pour bubbling boiling water on it. Steep for 10 min. Sift into a saucepan. Let sugar melt in it. Cool.

Pour into a plastic bowl. Freeze in the freezer of the refrigerator or in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Whip cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Stir with lightly frozen ice cream. Freeze for another 60 min. Divide ice cream evenly among 8 plates. Garnish with mocha beans. Serve dusted with instant coffee.

Chilling time Serve: : whipped cream and ice cream wafers.
