For all coffee lovers, this is the perfect way to end the meal. Strong coffee and tart cream cheese are alternately layered in glasses and served well chilled. Soak the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes, then squeeze lightly and let it melt in the hot coffee, sweeten with sugar as desired and cool.

Stir the remaining cream cheese with the milk until smooth, it should become viscous.To serve, pour over the jelly, add the remaining cranberries on top.

A mild variant, make vanilla pudding or mix powder from the packet with milk, solidify in dessert bowls, then carefully drizzle the half-solidified coffee jelly over it, put to cool.
