For the coffee-strawberry-raspberry smoothie, prepare the Nespresso Lungo (110 ml), pour it into a bowl and let it cool.

Wash the strawberries in cold water, remove the stems and cut them into small pieces.

Place the cooled coffee, strawberries, cane sugar and raspberry sorbet balls in a stand mixer. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.

Carefully pour the coffee-strawberry-raspberry smoothie into small glasses.
