Instructions:

For the dip, whisk together olive oil, walnuts, dill and garlic cloves.

For the cucumber soup, remove the skin from the cucumber and crush it, mix with the yogurt and whipped cream and season with the listed spices to taste.

Pour about 2 tablespoons of the dip into the plates before serving, top up with the cold soup – and enjoy!
